It is a very powerful and comprehensive graphing tool that enables you to create all kinds of graphs in a very easy, fast, and convenient manner. This impressive utility is perfect for scientists, teachers, engineers, statisticians, students, and anyone that has to deal with charts.
The best thing about this program is that it manages to be complex and easy to use at the same time. While it offers a lot of options and built-in tools, it still comes with a neat and well-organized interface that streamlines your workflow. Anyway, I still prefer the older interface of version 9.6 than the current one, as it offered a more straightforward approach into creating new graphs. This doesn’t mean the 11th version of this great program is any worse or harder to use, the interface issue is up to a personal opinion.
This version of Grapher also comes with plenty of undeniable improvements and cool additions, including the support for 2D and 3D doughnut plots, polar vector plots, exporting graphs to SVG files, and so on.
With Grapher you can plot mathematical functions and create a large variety of graphs and charts, both 2D and 3D, including bar charts, pie charts, histograms, ribbon graphs, etc. A handy “Graph Wizard” makes the graph creation process even easier. Cutting long story short, Grapher is an almost flawless tool that might seem a bit expensive at a first look, but it surely delivers plenty of reasons to make its price look justified, or at least the most of it.
